Hawks have the confidence to act!

A foggy Sunday morning saw the Hauchwood Hawks continue their fine start to their new league with a great performance against Coventry Phoenix.

With their new kit on show the Hawks really took to their friday night training plans and worked hard both in an out of possession.

In a game where both teams had chances the Hawks work rate, running and movement really paid off.

Manager Nick Barsby stated

We spoke a lot before the game about movement and shape, the boys worked hard to keep the ball over the game and the amount of chances we created was testiment to the work they put in.

The Hawks Player of the Match was Jake for his commitment to the team, learning a new role as central defender and scoring (like he always does!). Well done Jake!
