Haunchwood continued to show our work with Atherstone Town Community Football Club by providing the mascots for the Adders game against Leicester Nirvana on Saturday 7th March. A mix of Haunchwood Diamonds, Units and Hammers walked out at the Snake Pit with the Adders as the home side ran out 6-0 winners. I wanted to provide an update on the pitches at Ansley and the current situation. As you are aware, we've experienced almost daily rain this year, leading to a high-water table and very wet grounds that are unable to absorb any more water. The weather has truly been unprecedented.
